I’m Shweta Arya — a pharmacist by education, a certified yoga teacher by profession, and a holistic wellness guide by heart. And this is how I turned my life around — and how I’m now helping other women do the same.
From Pharmacy to Pranayama
My wellness journey began in a very clinical way — I pursued a degree in Pharmacy, hoping to heal people through medicines. But deep inside, I always felt that real healing was more natural, rooted, and energetic. After becoming a mother, I went through emotional and physical exhaustion. I had weight issues, back pain, hormonal imbalance, and moments of mental fog. That’s when yoga entered not just my routine — but my life’s path.
A Holistic Turn: Yoga + Ayurveda
Once I experienced the magic of yoga in my personal healing, I wanted to learn it the right way. I became a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and also completed specialised training in:

✅ Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Certification
My knowledge of Ayurveda brought a new dimension to my teaching. I now blend asanas with dosha-balancing tips, natural nutrition, and lifestyle corrections for true transformation — not just temporary results.
