After rooting ourselves in the earth (Mūlādhāra), flowing with creativity (Svādhiṣṭhāna), and igniting our inner fire (Maṇipūra), we now rise to the Heart Chakra – Anāhata.
“Anāhata” in Sanskrit means “unstruck sound”—a vibration that exists beyond conflict, untouched and eternal. This is the center of love, compassion, and emotional healing. Located at the center of the chest, Anāhata is where the physical and spiritual worlds meet.
When this chakra is open, we live in harmony—with ourselves, with others, and with the universe. When blocked, we feel disconnected, unloved, or closed off.
